PHILOSOPHY AND MODEL

PCL’s core operating philosophy and model is leveraging and maximising its in depth knowledge, credibility, relationships and market access to create, coordinate and deliver the highest value returns on a win win collaborative basis to all its stakeholders.

  • PCL will create a high value land bank where it identifies below market opportunities with the intention to develop and/or sell some portion for optimal returns.
  • PCL will enter into win win joint venture real estate projects through preferably a lead-developer or occasionally, a co-developer strategy where its strong value proposition will be convenience, trust and high returns to its partners.
  • Control of market led design project concept and marketing strategy along with exclusive sales is critical to PCL’s success.
  • PCL is committed to and will adopt the highest Service Excellence and transparency standards to ensure confidence, and peace of mind for all stakeholders.
  • Superior quality financial returns to all key stakeholders is of critical importance to PCL. It will therefore use creativity in design, operational excellence and intelligent thinking to ensure that all parties receive the best value on their investments.
  • Construction excellence is of paramount importance. PCL will only use reputable but good value contractors with a good track record and an ability to deliver. Those with financing and an ability to provide construction finance or participate in PCL projects as partners will be given priority if the terms are competitive.
  • Professional excellence, good value and quality are important to PCL. It will therefore only use the best quality and best value professionals who share its values.
  • PCL will only receive investments or partner with investors with verifiable sources of income.
  • Sanctity of contract are none negotiable anchor values for all PCL transactions.
  • PCL’s philosophy is anchored on the Golden Rule and Generosity Service model, that believes in putting itself in the shoes of its stakeholders, giving and serving all stakeholders including its host community to the best of its abilities.
