Investment Types

Prestige Capital Limited will mainly focus on the following types of high growth investment opportunities 

Commercial

Mainly Grade A and B office Suites for sale (and long term anchor leases where pre- obtained)

Boutique Hospitality/ Retail / Event Centres

Small to midsize boutique style hospitality, shopping centres and event centres (for sale in the case of shopping centres and long term anchor leases.)

Retail

Upmarket & mid range premium residential projects for sale (and/or lease in extremely compelling cases e.g where there’s a confirmed pre-lease/tenant subject to prior agreement of investors)

Land

Develop Site and Services for sale in appropriate cases.

INVESTMENT THRESHOLD

PCL estimates that within the first 3-5 years, minimum transaction levels will range from $10m to approximately $50m.

TARGET RETURN ON INVESTMENT

All PCL investments have to achieve a minimum of 50-60% return on capital invested over a maximum tenor of 30-36months.

IDEAL PROFILE OF CORE INVESTOR

A high net worth investor with a keen interest in creating strong long term value and a strong cash flow through real estate investments. This is purely a shareholder investment which will entitle the investor to the cumulative profits of all PCL’s projects. The strategy is that each project will be an independent operating vehicle /SPV with its own investors and PCL as operator.
